Dear Members,
First of all, a big thanks to all the members who were present at our last meeting on the 24th of october. The end of the year is near and SFEA has one last activity. This is our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The purpose of this meeting is to elect or reelect the SFEA committee for 2015, as well as the presentation of our new SFEA Website. We will also discuss our statement of account, activities of 2014 and the floor will be open to members for any other business or remarks. For members who are candidates for positions in the SFEA Committee 2015 (Ex; President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations and Photographer) may submitt their candidacy by e-mail tosfea@live.com before November 15, 2014.
 
The AGM will be held on Friday November 28, 2014 at the Wok Asie - 225 Rue Grand - 7020 Maisières (accross the street from SHAPE HQ), "commencing" at 19H00. Spouses or legal partners partners are invited to this event and may also assist in the AGM, but are not allowed to vote. Dinner will be served after the meeting and a fee of 15 euros will be asked for the person(s) who accompanies the member. You may pay in cash on the night of the meeting. There is a large variety of foods at the Wok such as chicken, beef, duck, fish, shrimp, sushi, desserts and many other dishes and for "Big Eaters", this is an "All You Can Eat" buffet dinner that we hope  you will all enjoy.
 
The timing for the meeting is as follows:
Members and spouses or legal partners will be asked to be seated in the Wok Conference Room
 
19h00 : The speaker will open the meeting (Call to order) and present the SFEA President
19h15 : Remarks from the president
19h30 : The speaker will briefly speak about 2014 assessments and present the new Webmaster who will present the SFEA website
19h50 : Voting of SFEA Committee for 2015
20h05 : The president will close the meeting
20h10 : Members, spouses and guests will take their seats in the main dining area for dinner
