Samuel ( "Sam") Staggers, Retired Belgian Air Force Senior Enlisted and Benelux/France SACEUR Sports Representative. Co-founder with Luigi Testa and Treasurer of the SHAPE Former Enlisted Association since October 2009 when SFEA was created.

 

Married to Chantal Triplot and one daughter Julie Staggers who now resides with her husband and daughter in Clarksville Tennessee.

 

Former Professional Basketball player for more than 20 years in the Belgian Basketball League as well as player and coach of the Belgian National Military Team.

 

Sam is the "spinal cord" of SFEA, essentially in organizing events and fund raising.
