Dear Members,

SFEA and it's committee hopes that you and your families are all doing well. It's almost that time of year again and we have scheduled our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday November 27, 2015 at 19h30 at the WOK Restaurant located on Rue Grande across the street from SHAPE Head Quarters. Your spouse or legal partner is also welcome. The participation fee for spouses or partners is 15 euros which can be paid on the evening of the AGM. (November 27th).

Prior to this meeting, all members are requested to fill in the attached form and return the SIGNED original to Luigi Testa in Bldg 250 (Insurance Office) no later than Monday November 20, 2015. This in order to receive your NATO Entry Pass for 2016.

For those members who wish to continue their membership for 2016 are requested to pay a membership fee of 25 euros on our bank account : BE31 0016 0040 8555 before the AGM (Annual Meeting). Please don't forget to mention in the communication: Your Name and Membership Fee 2016.
