SFEA has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 in the Mons Bar in the SHAPE CLUB beginning at 19:00. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the members of reports and activities held in 2018. Members will also have the opportunity to make comments and suggestions to help SFEA become an even better association. As written in the SFEA constitution, it states that committee elections will be held every 2 years so the SFEA committee has decided that elections will not be held this year.

Immediately following the AGM, dinner will be served in the Pathfinders room. The dinner will be Buffet Style and the food selection will consist of Beef, Fish and Chicken. Potatoes, vegetables and bread will also be available. Drinks will include red, white and rosé wine, beer, water, soft drinks and coffee. Desserts on demand. After dinner drinks available but to be paid by the member. Spouses and partners are welcome for a fee of 25€ to be paid to the treasurer in cash at the AGM.
