Dear Members,

SFEA has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual  General Meeting (AGM) which will be held in Friday November 22, 2019 in the Mons Bar at 19:00 in the SHAPE CLUB. The meeting will be followed by dinner in the Liege-Limburg Dining Room next to the SHAPE CLUB Ballroom at 19:45.

The purpose of the meeting is to inform SFEA members of reports and activities held in 2019. Members will have the opportunity to make comments and suggestions to improve SFEA and make our association even better.

As discussed in last years' AGM, it was voted and adopted that each SFEA event in 2019 would be subject to a participation fee from each member. The amounts which are requested must be paid in cash to the treasurer at the end of the AGM before the dinner.

The dinner will be Buffet Style and the food selection will consist of Beef,Chicken and Fish. Potatoes, vegetables and bread are available. Drinks include red, white and rose wine, beer, water, soft drinks and coffee. Desserts and after dinner drinks on demand, but to be paid by the member or their guest. You must also let us know if you are accompanied.
