Dear Member,

SFEA and it's Committee has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Friday November 25, 2022 at 19h in the Ballroom at the SHAPE Club. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and report on the events held in 2022. This will also be the occasion to introduce new members and accept candidacies for committee positions. For members who are interested in applying for a position in the SFEA Committee may submit their candidacy in writting at the AGM. This document should include their motivation and ideas on how they can help SFEA become an even better association. This candidacy will be reviewed by the existing committee and voted on by SFEA members. Positions actually occupied are Président, Treasurer, Administrative Secretary, Webmaster, Photographer and Events Manager.

We are looking forward to seeing you all again for this event. Just a reminder, the purpose of SFEA is not just to issue ID Cards and members are reminded that they must attend at least 1annual event organized by SFEA.
