Dear Members,

SFEA and it's Committee has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Friday December 1, 2023 at 19h in the Ballroom at the SHAPE Club. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and report on events held in 2023. This will also be the occasion to introduce new members as well as discussing ideas and suggestions to improve our association. No committee election will be held this year, but in 2024.

The AGM will be directly followed by dinner in the Hainaut Room located in the back of the Ballroom at19h45. The dinner will be composed of Beef, Chicken and Fish served with vegetables, rice, potatoes and bread. Available drinks will be a variety of soft drinks, water, beer, coffee and a selection of house wines. Price for members is 10 euros and 25 euros for spouses and guests. This payment to be made in our Bank Account : BE31 0016 0040 8555 by at least 3 working days before the event.  In the event that the payment was paid late, please present your proof of payment to the treasurer (Sam Staggers) at the AGM.

SFEA also requests that if you want to remain a member, that you pay your annual membership fee of 30 euros in our Bank Account: BE31 0016 0040 8555  NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 29, 2023 with the communication : YOUR NAME and MEMBERSHIP FEE 2024.
