SFEA and it's Committee has the pleasure to invite you to the Annual General Meeting which will be held on Friday November 29, 2024 at 19:00

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and report on events held in 2024 as well as introducing new members and also suggestions on how to improve SFEA.

As forseen in the SFEA bylaws and constitution, Election for committee positions are open for 2025-2027. Positions are President, Treasury and Administration, Webmaster, Events Manager and Photographer.

The existing committee has expressed their desire to maintain their positions, however any member interested in filling one of the positions must submit a letter of motivation to samuelstaggers@hotmail.com (SFEA Co-founder and actuel Administrator). The letter must include your motivation as well as the support and what you can provide to make SFEA an even better association. (Logistics, Sponsorship and Visibility are very important). The Administrator must receive the letter NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 22, 2024. The candidacy will be reviewed by the SFEA Committee for approval. Once approved, the vote will be taken at the AGM.

Immediately following the meeting, The Annual Dinner will be served.

The price for this event is 15 euros for members and 25 euros for spouses, legal partners and guests. Your payment should be received in the SFEA Bank Account NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 25, 2024 with the communication: YOUR NAME and SFEA AGM DINNER.

SFEA also requests that members make their Annual Membership Fee of 30 euros into the bank account also by the same date.

In the event of an oversight or late payment, you may present proof of payment to SFEA Treasurer, Sam Staggers.
