SFEA has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 in the Mons Bar in the SHAPE CLUB beginning at 19:00. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the members of reports and activities held in 2017. Members will also have the opportunity to make comments and suggestions to help SFEA become an even better association. As written in the SFEA constitution, it states that committee elections will be held every 2 years but the SFEA committee has decided that elections will be held each year in order to allow all members to propose their intention to become a part of the committee.

Therefore, for members who are interested in being a part of the SFEA Committee may submit their candidacy by e-mail to info@sfea.eu with a short letter of motivation on how their contribution will help our association. Committee positions are President, Treasurer, Webmaster, Photographer, Events Organiser and Events Team.

Immediately following the AGM, dinner will be served in the Pathfinders room. The dinner will be Buffet Style and the food selection will consist of Beef, Fish and Chicken. Potatoes, vegetables and bread will also be available. Drinks will include red, white and rosé wine, beer, water, soft drinks and coffee. Desserts on demand. After dinner drinks available but to be paid by the member. Spouses and partners are welcome for a fee of 25€ to be paid to the treasurer in cash at the AGM. If you plan to attend, we need your response no later than Friday, 17th of November 2017 by clicking the buttons in the invitation sent by our mailing system. Please let us know if you will be accompanied. When you click on 'YES, I will attend' button, a page will show up which you can enter the name(s) of your accompanies.
