Dear Members,
I hope that you and your families are all doing well. As some of you may know, there has been some changes concerning associations and SHAPE ID's and Entry Passes. SHAPE has requested that all of our SFEA members, spouses or legal partners please complete and sign for approval the attached SHAPE Form 94. This in order to receive a new SHAPE Entry Pass for 2015, of course if you plan to renew your membership.
The procedure will be as follows: Please complete 2 copies of the attached form (1 for you and the other for your spouse or partner). The completed copies should then be sent to our secretary (Alain Siraut) at alain.siraut@gmail.com.  Any questions or other info, you may contact Alain at 0474 22 38 27.
Once we have received your completed SF94 and your payment of 25 euros on our bank account no. BE31 0016 0040 8555 for your 2015 Membership Fee (Please don't forget to mention your name in the reference or communication). You may report to Mr. Luigi Testa in Bldg. 250 to receive your documents.
You will then report to the Registration Office with your documents to take a new photo and receive a new SHAPE Entry Pass for 2015.
 
SFEA is organizing a "Mandatory Meeting" for members only on Friday October 24, 2014 at 19h30 in the SHAPE Club. This meeting is to discuss 2014 activities and any other business.
Finger food and drinks will be served at the meeting, so please let me know if you will attend by return e-mail.
