SFEA has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual Members BBQ which will be held on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 12:30. This year's BBQ will be organized at a new location about 10 minutes from SHAPE in a very agreeable and forest setting. The address for this event is "Les Hirondelles"- Chemin Bouteillier 1 - 7011 Ghlin (Mons) 

Directions if departing from SHAPE or Mons: Route d'Ath direction Jurbise - Turn left on Chemin de Bouteillier (after 200 meters on your left, Site of the Protection Civile not occupied anymore) Continue for 300 - 400 meters, first dirt road on your right. Site for the BBQ at the end of the dirt road on your left.

As SFEA has not organized any activities other than the AGM in December 2021 due to Covid 19 and sanitary measures. We are delighted to announce that this event will be free for members and 10 euros for spouses, legal partners and guests. Children under 10 years old for free. Please let us know if you are coming with children and the number. Children must be family members. Payment for the BBQ to be paid in cash at the event. We need your response no later than May 21, 2022. Below please find the instructions to make your reservation for the BBQ. We need your response even if you don't plan to attend.
