Dear Member,

We hope that you and your families are enjoying the Belgian summer and are all doing well. As discussed and programmed for october, SFEA has the pleasure of inviting you to our annual members drink which will be held on Friday October 14, 2016 in the Mons Bar located in the SHAPE Club beginning at 19h00. This is a social gathering with the sole purpose of getting our members together and having a fun evening. No business will be discussed! We have taken the option of fingerfood and unlimited drinks for 2 hrs ( drinks include soft drinks, Jupiler beer, Hoegarden beer and wine. Other spirits or alcohool will be paid by the member ). The price per member is 15,90€ which will be paid by SFEA. Members may bring spouses or partners, but for a fee of 15,90 to be paid in cash on the evening of the event.

Therefore in order to organize this event, we need your reply if you plan to attend and with the number of people that will accompany you No later than Friday, October 7, 2016. Members who do not respond by this date will not be accepted.  You can easily understand that we must make our food order 1 week in advance prior to the event.
